I had an examination and contact lens fitting at your office. How do I order contacts?
You may order contacts in person, over the phone, or through our website at https://www.cereseyecare.com
When I try to order contacts on the website, I have to enter a username and password. I don’t have either. What do I do?
Below the boxes to enter your username and password, click on “New? Sign Up Here!” and enter the necessary information. You will create your own username and password. You may leave the Patient Identification box blank.
I just made my account. Now what?
You will go through a series of pages that require your input and contact lens information. Click on “Place New Order.” You will enter your contact lens prescription yourself and choose the quantity of boxes per eye. On the next page, click “Add New Shipping Address.” After entering your shipping information, click “Return to Order.” Choose the address you want the contacts shipped to and a shipping method. After providing your shipping information, you will be prompted to enter your billing address and credit card information. Submit the order and wait for your contacts to arrive in the mail.
How long does it take to receive the contacts when I order them online?
There are 2 factors here: first, we must verify your prescription within 48 hours. If the time exceeds 48 hours, then your order will be cancelled and you will have to place the order again. You will receive an email if this occurs. Second, you have the option to choose which shipping method you would like (ground, next day, Saturday delivery, etc.).
How will I know if my prescription was verified by your office?
You will receive a confirmation email when your order has shipped, meaning that it has officially been verified by us.
I don’t want to create an account, can your office make me one?
Yes! Call our office at 209 537 8971 and we will be happy to create an account for you to be able to order contacts online. You must have an email address to receive a temporary password that is valid for 24 hours. You may change your password at any time after logging in to your account.
*Please note that when ordering contacts online through our website, our office must verify the prescription within 48 hours. If the prescription is not verified within 48 hours, the order will be cancelled.*
